Our Standards

Augment, don't replace.
Parents in the loop. School rules first.

These standards govern every setup we do. They're published so you can hold us to them.

  1. School rules first. Before configuring anything, we check your school's and your teachers' AI policies. Where AI isn't allowed, it isn't used.
  2. Disclosure-first homework. Our default workflow: AI as tutor, the child explains the answer back in their own words, and AI help is disclosed wherever a teacher requires it. We never market "undetectable" help.
  3. We never hold passwords. Parents enter their own credentials and drive their own accounts. Parent access is built the official way, through the parent accounts schools provide.
  4. Visibility is part of the setup. Every family leaves knowing what they can see, what they can't, and the weekly routine that closes the gap.
  5. Helpers stay on a short leash. Anything we configure that can act on your family's behalf starts read-only or draft-only: no payments, no sending messages as your child, no logging into school accounts.
  6. Your family's data stays yours. Setups live in accounts you own, with exports you can take with you. If we ever part ways, everything keeps working without us.
